Lensmen was founded in the year 1952 by Andrew Farren and Padraig MacBrian in Dublin. For 43 years Lensmen specialised in PR and press photography, taking some amazing archival photo.  It is presently owned by Susan Kennedy who became managing director of  Lensmen in the year 1995. Lensmen is the leading and oldest photography-video production agencies in Ireland covering 65 years of major political and social events. From 1952 onwards Lensmen have covered major events throughtout the country, including President Kennedy’s visit to Ireland, Nelson Mandela’s visit and both Pope’s Visit.
